There are four on going meltdowns at Fukushima that have burrowed their way into the ground underneath the foundations of the reactors. This is why Japan and the US dominated IAEA agreed to releasing clearly radioactive water into the sea recently, Tepco is pumping radioactive ground water into tanks it doesn't want to keep paying for, when the American policy of “Dilution is the solution!” is being yelled at them from Washington, who wants their liability washed away in the ocean, the failed American nuclear technology is presently killing. Considering that the reactors that are melting down are licensed to Tepco of Japan by Westinghouse and General Electric, who own a significant portion of the liability for the probable 2 billion lives that Fukushima will radically shorten and that Japan was bullied by the US into adopting, nuclear power, in a highly earthquake prone nation. That explains the corporate media silence while the worst effects of Fukushima fallout pile up.
